Telepathy, Telesend

This is the skill of sending thought. The user can send their thoughts to the subject at the speed of talking, though simple pictures may be sent at the speed it would take to draw them on paper.
The Shout: Those with the telesend ability can use it for a telepathic ‘Shout’, which can mentally stun those who receive it. The shout can either be an area effect, affecting all within range; or it can be directed at any one person. Non psi's are particularly vulnerable to this attack.
Telepaths who only send thought are called "Broadcasters" or sometimes "Senders". Those that can only receive thoughts of senders are called "Receivers". Those who can do both are called "Radios" in street slang.
