Telepathy, Telereceive

This is the skill of receiving thought from someone who is able to send those thoughts. Received thought comes at the speed of speech, except between two highly skilled telepaths.
Telepaths who only send thought are called "Broadcasters" or sometimes "Senders". Those that can only receive thoughts of senders are called "Receivers". Those who can do both are called "Radios" in street slang.
At the most basic level, a psychic with Telereceive can only pick up the thoughts of a Broadcaster (Sender). As the psychic gains skill and power, they can begin to receive the thoughts of non-psychics, especially those who deliberately focus on the Receiver with the intent of their thoughts being read. Eventually, the Receiver is able to gain enough power to deliberately read minds--at first superficial surface thoughts, and eventually the ability to read deeper guarded secrets and even subconscious thoughts. These psychics who are extremely skilled in this kind of Telereceive are referred to on the street as a "Peeper".
