Deaden Senses

This power lets the psionist to deaden another's senses. A form of bio-manipulation but not as severe. The victim often does not realize they are under a psionic attack. This causes the character to be slow to react, not notice subtle smells and less alert or attentive.
In some cases, this could be used as an offensive attack against another. However, Healers and Medics may also use this skill as a kind of psychic anesthesia as an alternative to Deaden Pain, particularly when there is a chance that mental or emotional trauma may occur.
