Taisach of Nidrio
Who is Taisach of Nidrio?
A once-wanderer who worked as a fishergon only long enough to pack in resources for journeying overland, Taisach visited many theomes on the wing and ranged as widely as he could. He eventually found and managed an improbable romance-in-ignorance of the land god Praoziu, who reigned over the dangerous Sacred Wilderness of Nidrio. She adored his love for the land, and since then he has been a druid, whose deep connection to nature saved his life and gave him a grand eternity. How did Taisach get his surname?
Taisach's association with Praoziu and Nidrio far outshines the rest of his life history. There may be other Taisachs in other theomes, but there's only one Taisach of Nidrio.Where is Taisach originally from?
Taisach originally hatched and was reared in utter humility in the mucky swamp of Denxalue... which to be fair, he still lives near to, as Nidrio and Denxalue are right next to each other. His parents were sufficiently fond to Lauvera that a land goddess who likes small populations granted them a life-blessing, and did so in the early era of Theoma so that Taisach was one of three brothers (the other two being Zarille and Daijin). He still gets along with his parents and has little aversion to mud, though he is not as prone to mud-wallowing as the people who Lauvera would grant life-blessings to.What is Taisach's family history with his siblings?
Superficially, Taisach gets along well with his siblings. Daijin he rarely sees, and Zarille he sees occasionally. Yet Zarille he finds a little annoying, because Zarille wants to bask in reflected glory and put on airs unbefitting a fishergon. Taisach likes hardworking Daijin better, but Daijin believes that he'll never be as lucky as Taisach was, and would generally rather forget that Taisach got so lucky.Relationships
