Kelkaith

Kelkaith is the coldest continent on Theoma. Encompassing all the land adjacent to the Deathwall and extending mostly horizontally, there are an awful lot of barren cold theomes in Kelkaith. Only a high concentration of benevolent land gods keeps settlement levels high, and even so the cities in Kelkaith (where food prices are often very high) tend to be smaller than the megacities which occasionally form in benevolent southern theomes.

The weather in Kelkaith is just cold. There are various kinds of cold and even some stubborn land gods who insist on making unnaturally cold enchanted forests, but all across Kelkaith the weather is icy. A lot of the theomes are remarkably mountainous as well.
