North of Taisatinrun and Inrakaveach and east of Tasumdynal and Xeladash, Dessor's domain is a bunch of fishing villages.

How is Tulneras classified?

Benevolent. The rarely-incarnate Dessor uses Fate lightly, but intervenes personally to prevent catastrophes.

What kind of population and economy does Tulneras have?

These fishing villages look like a place where not much gets done, though in truth the harvest here is important for sustaining life in Inrakaveach, Xeladash, and beyond. The sea is abundant and the fishergons know their trade well.

What is Dessor like?

Although rarely incarnate and seemingly of the opinion that intervening too much is the sign of a poor land god, Dessor has manifested a few times as a blazing column of letter-like symbols to answer the most desperate prayers in his domain. For anyone who is not a necromancer, to see Dessor is immediately to be healed, relieved of all pain, and restored to perfect health. It's also to be temporarily frozen in place, with anyone who is not undead finding themselves unable to act save as Dessor permits. In this way, Dessor has appeared to prevent grevious injustices and castigate their perpetrators, whose survival from the encounters depends greatly on their humility.

Dessor's parting advice to people who survive his presence often lingers for some minutes after his blazing column incarnation fades, as a small voice that follows their thoughts. He encourages people to take immortality gently and favor happiness over wealth, for there is no point in having things that one is not happy about, and a great deal of sense in foregoing things that one is happier foregoing. In this, Dessor seems to favor the slow pace of life in humble fishing villages.

Few people seek Dessor's presence. It isn't a very happy thing to get.
