Giant Warriors
This is the nation of the world's largest warriors, other than the dragons of course. However, unlike dragons, these mystics don't have the luxury of flight, they have to do all their fighting from the ground, Man to Titan. This has forged their life and culture into one of strength and valor, the giants of Ukraekh are the toughest of them all, they have built grand structures, and they have pushed forward, despite the incredible odds stacked against them.Men of Steel
These giants are also some of the very few in the world that are seen wearing any kind of armor, and while their northern kin, on Anyang, also make weapons, the ones made by the Ukraekh are far superior in quality, durability, and pragmatism. The mountains they live in provide them with a lot of metals to work with, but they have been able to further improve their craft by means of cooperation with the Dragons to their east. Their grand sets of plate armor make them look like walking statues.
Society
Ukraekh society is one of warrior clades, each is descended from a different giant hero, who shaped the nation, and all who came after. There are provinces, but the clades rule themselves with basically full autonomy, outside the basic laws. The clades are led by warrior chief, a position that always goes to the best an most experienced of fighters. When a chief dies, a new one is elected from among members of the clade. The clades can be further divided into clans, which are closer related families within the clade. Most clans are quite small.The Clades
Ragkan and Sund Land are the most militant of the three border Clades, they live in the most dangerous lands of the entire kingdom and rely on royal reinforcements. They take the mountains as their refuge, and their plains have been scarred by constant battle, even with the wall protecting it.Steier Ygh is the third border clade, they are also the only ones who have a border with the dragon kingdom of Dràek Úzhai.
Stokhan is the most northern of the clades, they were where the first explorers landed, and they are where most of the nations agriculture happens. Most clades have the majority of their population in the mountains, but not Stokhan.
Úk Zharka is by far the most protected from Titan invasions, and the other Clades let them know at every opportunity, it is because of this that the giants from there have the highest pressure to join militant organizations such as the sentinel guard.
King of Giants
The nation is led by the supreme giant, an elder of elders, named the king of clubs. This king is the one who organizes the whole nation, especially in matters of war and defense. There are frequent campaigns planned into Titan territory, in order to protect the border. The king is elected from among elder giants. Giants can get very old, but in Ukraekh, most die in their prime on the battlefield, and any giant greyed by age will have earned the respect of the rest of the nation. The King is one of the elders who has defeated the most Titans and won against the worst of odds. He is named the king of clubs, because that is the giant's weapon of choice, it holds special significance among them, as it is seen as a pure weapon, not as sleek and streamlined as a sword, or as savage as an axe, but a simple, but crushing weapon, that has proven itself time and time again. By tradition, the king of Ukraekh carries the Bone Club, an ancient weapon, with a long handle, and a solid mithril head, and decorated with the teeth of Titans, the back of the club has an eye of a Quinclops set in glass, a mark of the violent deeps it has done. It would be too heavy for a single Corporeal to even get off the ground, but for giants, its weight is perfect.Discovery
The giants of Ukraekh were the first that the Veskaren explorers discovered when they hit land, back then, Gitan Ak was believed to be a Mystic continent, not too different from Anyang, that was before the Titans were discovered.Cities
The giants live in Small cities, most of them nestled in the safety of the mountains. They live in houses made of stone, often with their entire clan. Their architecture shows their sense of urgency and pragmatism, as most buildings were put together with what materials they could get their hands on, stones from nearby quarries, and trees from the forest below. The older buildings have been patched and repaired countless times over the years, giving them a distinct patchwork feel, especially when there are many types of stone next to each other, when holes were filled with gravel and mud, and sometimes even the bones of slain Titans. The doors are often just large leather flaps, secured shut, although some have taken the time to process the many trees that would be needed to make a door out of wood. Wooden doors, although much more time consuming to make, hold the wind back much more efficiently.Wall
A thick stone wall protects the southern border of Ukreakh. It rises as tall as three Titans, this wall has forever protected their lands and so it does still, however, the Titans still attack, and they still find ways over the wall, which is why it is guarded night and day. The order of giant knights in charge of guarding it is called the Sentinal Guard, they are the strongest and most vigilant of the Giants, And it is the dream of any giant warrior to be counted among their ranks. In reality, this wall, despite its greatness, merely serves as a warning system for incoming attacks, and a speed bump, meant to slow down attackers, the defending giants have long since given up trying to stop the titans entirely.Militant Orders
The Sentinal Guard is but the most famous of giant militant orders, who focus on their wall, and have as their primary duty to defend it, and slow down the enemy as much as they can, before the main forces arrive. However, they are several more of such organizations.The Kings Guard is the smallest one, they are more ceremonial, and these positions are given to veteran warriors.
Royal Expeditionary Force of Knights, or REF Knights, are the elite strike team, the best of the beast, they are the ones sent into Titan territory to deal out preemptive strikes they are the nation's first and last line of defense.
