The Black Bloods
Dark Magicians
The black bloods were an organization of mages that existed briefly during the blood wars of the bronze age.
They were led by a man named Morgalith, for most of their existence, and he would be known forever, for all their crimes against the world.
They existed only for about two decades, but in these few years , they altered the course of the blood wars, and the world at large.
Founding
Morgalith did not found them, but he quickly took over leadership at the first opportunity he got.
They were founded on the belief that in order to defeat the vampire hordes one and for all, they would have to delve deeply into the loe of blood magic, and invoke the aid of the Ynue if necessary, for no method is too extreme if it is for the survival of the world of mortals.
Black Blood Rebellion
After Morgalith had been the leader of the order for a few years, and as his power grew, so did his ambition, and it wasn't long before he realized that with immortality, he could not only defeat the vampires, but also become a king beyond any that had ever been seen by the world before, and when he was ready, he started his rebellion, named such for the sake of drawing people to his side, as he preached he was simply doing these things to overthrow all vampires.
However, it wouldn't be long before the cracks in his facade started to show, he had done things to his blood and body that made him but a shadow of a human, a beast unlike any others that walked the earth, and soon his cruelty and malace started to show, and the people of the world realized that this Morgalith was a bigger threat than any vampire, he would not only conquer the world, but so too would he destroy the races of mortals.
Progress
The black bloods started as a small organization, but as word of their success spread, they attracted increasingly more members.
Their origin lay in the lands of the rend, and that is where they spread first, and then the flooded the plains, and the forests of the north.
They were small in number, but their power was great, and they managed to conquer most of the western human lands, and a large portion of the elven ones, before they encountered serious pushback.
Downfall
When the world learned of the dark evil deeds that the black bloods had committed, a coalition formed against them, it took a bunch of negotiating, but the mortals and vampires began to work together to defeat this common enemy. The key player in making this coalition work, was Alaks Dahvrechi, who had been a neutral party before, and was the only vampire lord on the world who wasn't responsible for the massacre of hundreds or thousands of mortals.
It also helped that his power was unrivaled, and while there were few to none in the world who could so much as hope to fight Morgalith and live, after many battles, and eleven years of war, Morgalith was defeated in the far north of the world on the frost plains of Dendor, there it was that he was slain by none other than Dahvrechi himself, and his soul was sent into the nether realm, the home of the Ynue whom he had worked with most closely to gain his unnatural powers.
Aftermath
After the conflict, there was a year of armistice between vampires and mortals, to commemorate their time working together. Still, alas, these two races are destined to be at conflict, because one of them is the food of the other. When the armistice was up, it wasn't long before the war commenced again. Still, this one year was the first in many, where Veskar was at peace, for most people alive during that time, it was the first year of peace they had ever known, and for many, it would also be the last, because it would be another six hundred years, before the blood wars officially came to an end.
However, there is a distinct difference between the early Blood Wars and those that came after the black bloods. Blood magic was banned worldwide, and even if people only knew war, they knew the stories of valiant warriors fighting and winning, and hope had returned to the world of mortals.
On top of that, Morgalith had done one thing to help the humans who succeeded him, he had wiped out nearly every vampire on the Yavinian plain, and while they would return, the people here, had a headstart, on top of even that of the armistice, and many believe that this headstart, this time in which they could build fortifications and fortresses, was enough for them to eventually win this millennia long conflict.
Crimes
All members of the organization known as the black bloods have been found guilty of meddling with affairs beyond themselves, the worst of which, creating monstrosities of flesh and bone and calling them human. One should not corrupt the creations of the gods, and those who do shall be punished accordingly, hereby shall the black bloods be cursed, and their names shall forever be known as those who damned themselves by attempting to rise above their station, to attain immortality, and forcing their foul deeds on others.
They cannot be judged as humans, or elves, because they have rejected mortality, and embraced damnation.

Morgalith
Originally named Morgan Lithechi, Morgalith took his now infamous name, when his old one became too mundane for his grand plans, when he first conceived that one day he might rule the world, he decided to take a name that would one day be feared by many, one that would roll off the tongue, and never be forgotten.
Naming
Their original name was "Sinclair's order of Blood Mages" but Morgalith changed it to "Morgan's Order of Blood Mages" as this was before he had adopted his now infamous title. When he first succeeded in turning his blood black a year into his reign, he renamed the order again, to "The Order of Black Booded Mages".
What were their evil deeds? Was it the use of the blood magic itself or the fact that he tried to become immortal? But it sounds like their crimes were fairly grand and involved.
well they did a lot of things, but their greatest crime was perverting what it means to be "human" ill specify tho, thanks for the comment <3
