Sanue

Imprisoned Gods

When the Ynue rebelled, not all of them betrayed Yanu, some of them stood with him, and attempted to defend him from their damned brethren, but they were too few both in number and in strength, and they lost the war, and they were each subjugated by Mallakar, who had led the rebellion, and they were locked inside Mekharis, the Cosue created for the purpose of being their tomb for all eternity.   Still, they struggle, ever do they fight to be released, so they may once again bring sentience to Yanu, and allow him to restore order and goodness to the world. Even after the banishment of the Ynue, their fate could not be unmade, and this is why they remain entombed to this day.

Gods of Light

While it is unknown exactly how many of them there are, it is known that each of them had a purpose in the world, when it had been Yanu's to rule. And while many of the Ynue either lost their way, or simply didn't want to, or didn't dare to, go against Mallakar, the Sanue stayed true to their purpose and their master.

Legacy

In human knowledge, their names are forgotten, but no so are their deeds, and legends live on of the valorous angels of light that stood by their god as vengeful devils sought to overthrow him, and the world remembers their sacrifice, as their efforts may well have given Yanu the time he needed to bring the Ynue to justice, without them the world may have looked starly different.
