Trezhkgal

The God of Change

Trezhkgal represents the desire to end the established order, to change what is stagnant. He is also known as the god of chaos and carnage, a title earned by his reputation as a destroyer and upender of establishments.

Public Perception

As one of the Forsaken, he is perceived as a dark god, an entity of the shadows, feared by all those who pledge themselves to the light. This is further reinforced by his followers' tendency to operate during the nighttime, when only Nula is awake to oppose them.   There are many tales of the deaths of rulers orchestrated by Trezhkgal and carried out by his minions. There are myths of the dark powers he grants to those who spread chaos in his name. This has made it so that whenever a harvest fails or a person dies seemingly without cause, his name might be whispered as the possible culprit.

Followers

Those who follow Trezhkgal do so out of a desire for change. He attracts those looking for the power to wreak havoc, to take revenge on the established governing structures that have wronged them. He offers sanctuary to renegades and fugitives from the law, to those shunned by society for things beyond their control, rejected for personality, illness, or simply their appearance. It's because of this that many associate his followers with criminals and lepers, and lepers and criminals are associated with him.   Due to his condemned status, any places of worship to him are well hidden, away from the settled world, often in caves or hidden cellars. Here, people place shrines to him, small statues depicting any interpretation of his power.   Trezhkgal demands few rituals or sacrifices, his followers serve him by carrying out his will, aiding him in his plans to bring down the governing structures that bind society and keep them standing.

Artifacts

The Compas of contempt is a strange little thing, It only has an arrow pointing in one direction, which is towards whomever or whatever has wronged you the most in the world, with or without your knowledge.   The pixie, is a small little statue, of a strange little creature, approximately ten centimetres tall. It has little wings, relatively long arms and legs, a big head, with sharp teeth, and big pointy ears. When a name is whispered into this little pixie's ears, it will become alive, fly towards the person whose name was whispered, enter their skull through the ear, and rummage around in their brain a bit, until they have gone properly insane, then he will leave the area to an undisclosed location, and turn back into a statue, for someone else to find and use.

Personality

This god of chaos is by his nature unpredictable, however, what is predictable about him, is that he will always seek to overthrow the establishment, always fight for the underdog, regardless of who that may be, as long as their goals at least somewhat correlate to his, or rather, as long as their goals don't actively interfere with his.

Divine Relations

When Trezkgal was new to this world, had had been greeted by the gods that were there, some of them friendlier than others. The one who had been kindest to him, showing him around and the only one that bothered to introduce him to anyone, was the goddess of light, Luminara. She was the best of them, these gods, and one of the most powerful. over the course of their tenure together, they had become good friends, and Trezkgal had grown very fond of her, the only one who understood and respected him. She, however, was the woman of another god, Deiwos, something that encouraged Trezkgal to seek his fortunes elsewhere in the world, something he did gladly, until the treacherous fiend, Soreithra, murdered Luminara in cold blood, for no reason what-so-ever, something Trezkgal could never accept, or forgive. What was worse, that spineless man of hers, Deiwos, couldn't even be bothered to avenge her death. It was up to him to do so, and he would, and he was joined by others, who thought the same.
