Rachdale
Rachdale, once a great city made by the Drow, now is the ancestral seat of House Granholm and is ruled by Lord Damien Granholm in The Valley of Echor-neâr. The Gates of Rachdales lie at the base of the Dúrorod Mountain and the city itself does deep into the mountain. The city of Rachdale was founded King Puotat Nungir, son of King Asreme Nungir, in 2591 BMR and was held by House Nungir until The Bruyn Rebellion in years the 652 and 651 BMR. King Benóný II Bruyn, founder of House Bruyn, was a Clan War-Lord and he would take the city after the beheading of King Reglith II Nungir. The city would again be sieged now by House Granholm, former banner-men of House Bruyn, in the The Civil War of Echor-neâr during the year 153 BMR. The Civil War would start roughly one year after House Bruyn sieged the now ruined Baltso Castle after House Granholm refused to answer there call to arms as banner-men of House Bruyn. House Bruyn needed House Granholm's soldiers to protect the royal family of Rachdale while House Bruyn's main troops were busy with raiders from Ofath. Once House Bruyn's troops returned, House Bruyn secretly called their other banner-men and laid waste to Baltso Castle.
