The Office of the Vice President of the Shadow Republic
While the presidency always ends up in the fangs of Malcolm Hargrave, the Vice President’s office is more up for grabs. Like the Presidential position, all Kindred Ancilla recognized in the city can seek election, but unlike the presidency, it’s anyone’s guess for who will end up in the position. Usually, Kindred votes along clan or covenant lines, but rarely, a candidate will appear who appeals broadly enough that a Vice President actually attains some degree of support. Though the Vice President has little formal power, his advice is usually taken by the President and often shapes politics of the Shadow Republic.
