Order of Redemption
To sin is a mortal burden, take an apple from thy neighbor's tree and he probably won't notice. For all the world, nothing has truly changed. It was just an apple. Except for you, you have changed. You took that apple, from the tree that someone else has planted, nurtured, and pruned for years. And it tasted wonderful. Did it feel bittersweet? Did you regret it?
Thus the path to sin is paved by simple pleasures and small denials.
Divine Origins
The order of redemption sprung out early in the fourth age as a reaction to the depravity of a now forgotten king in a kingdom lost to the motion of history.
