As much as they do accept everyone, they usually expect payment for the aid they give, and only the wealthy can afford magical healing. The tempels do receive a lot of donations, and they will treat anyone at a base level. As such Elo is one of the most revered and loved of the gods. Comon rituals when worshiping her is to wash the face before and after worship, and to drink a handful of pure water at the end. Personal history

Elo, according to legend at first stood on the side of the tyrant gods and was counted as one of them. Her wrath on the battlefield rendered mountains and hurled oceans. Reveling in slaughter, only Meliosat and Norn stood her equal during the war.
How it came about that she changed sides and joined the radiant gods is a great mystery that few are privy to. But since that fateful day she has championed healing and redemption, reflecting her own redemption and desire to heal the injuries she herself and others inflicted on the world.
