High Sarif Ornald Ferhell
Ornald Ferhell took the throne after the death of his older brother and subsequent quick death of his father. Quick in trying to consolidate power, he entered a betrothal with the Sarif of Jerebelus's eldest daughter, a man with no sons. This has been seen as a not even subtle grasp at real power, and widespread rumors of affiliations with necromancers and vampires have not painted a flattering public picture.
