Shinon Mein
She is a sniper working for the Theocracy of Homeca. She is a special unity but unlike most of the soldiers, she don't have extension, so she cannot be integrate in the Riders of the Apocalypse.
Equiped with a PGM ultime ratio Hécate II, Shinon Mein is one of the best shooters in the world. It is said that she can reach a target at 3km away. She was usally send to kill a target until the Peace Keepers arrival. Some speculate on her entry into this unit.
