Elite soldier of Rande's Opponents Neutralization Unit (a.k.a. O.N.U.), Germany is an officer of the Rande's army.

The group's tank

He is not a tank, like the guy who has a big armor and passes in front. He is the guy with a big armor that stays behind and sprays what's in front. Germany is considered to be clean and orderly even in fight. He prefers to stay behind in order not to dirty his equipment and also because his firepower is too powerful.

A protoype

Germany used to be Werebeast, but after he accepted to be a guinea pig for Hanhula, he became a cyborg. But since his potential was not enough for her, the military decided to make it a weapon. It is now equipped with armor of a very advanced technology, thrusters and a Blitzgewehr Type-4 (an automatic heavy machine gun).
