Also known as the City of Lights, it was built by Li'for himself. It's the greatest city of Celerind and some people says that she is the greatest of the world. It's the incarnation of the elf knowledge because it houses the second largest library in the world and all the knowledge of the elves.
Last bastion of the elves forces, Emynyr shelter refugees from all Celerind.
In order to protect all the treasures of knowing that it contains, the whole city is enchanted. Several spells and a huge magic circle have been placed on the city to prevent any destruction.
