Champion of the Raven Queen at some point in the past.
Seemingly the last bearer of Deathwalker's Ward before Vax, and possibly the last champion before him as well.
Purvan's companion, Galdric, was found in a necklace that now allows Vex to easily manage Trinkets presence :)
