Minotaur Statue

At the center of the Minoan Museum Maze stands a bronze statue of a Minotaur. It’s six meters tall so that you can sometimes see part of it above the walls that form the maze, depending on where you are in the maze.

The statue is partly a reference to the myth of the Minotaur and Theseus, and partly the goal of the maze, which you have to reach. There are six checkpoints in the maze with characters of the Galactic Common Syllabary and a holographic map of the maze at the statue, where you input the characters in the locations of the checkpoints. If you input the characters correctly a fold in space opens allowing you to exit the maze.
