Mystic River Power Plant

The Mystic River Power Plant is a power station in Boston, MA which has the highest nameplate capacity of any station in the state. It is capable of burning both natural gas and petroleum, but mostly burns natural gas. The plant currently consists of eight separate generating units; Mystic 8 and 9 are six natural gas units which can produce 1414 MW total, Mystic 7 is a natural gas or petroleum unit which produces 576 MW, and Mystic Jet is small petroleum fueled unit which produces 8.6 MW in periods of high demand. —Source
In addition to power generation, Nigel Krause, a member of The Order's Archimandrion Council, secured the location as an illegal drug repackaging facility. A mafia-style management structure maintains a strict watch over the operation, which uses immigrant slave labor to carry out the various tasks. Drugs are smuggled into the power plant via the cargo ships that deliver shipments in Boston Harbor.

Blake captures the leader of the operation and flies him back to the Seavey Island HIPS Reactor Core for Radoslav Dumitru to interrogate him.
