Meggido

Meggido sits on the largest island outside the Penitent Bay and was founded by several ships of refugees from Van Myr. It was quickly taken over by a strange council, The Lords of Meggido , who along with their earthern spirits dominate the city, though apparently they rule with a fairly light touch.
Several groups of soldiers have claimed mainland territory in the name of Meggido.
