Big Island
The Big Island, also known as Torrakuan, is the centre of the Kingdom of Torra. It was to this island that the refugees from the original Lualai fled before establishing New Lualai. There are only two other islands in Lake Tulli - Aarkon Island and the Little Island.
The Big Island covers about 70 square miles. It is mostly flat, but rises to a steep hill at the northern tip with low bluffs leading down to the lake. The rest of its shoreline is interspersed with pebbly beaches or bush-covered ground sloping steeply into the water.
New Lualai sits at its northern end, and three small villages are clustered at the south. Access to the Big Island from international travellers is restricted to taking the ferry from Aarkon Island after quarantine.
The middle of the island is dedicated to farmland. Torra has limited trees, as most of them were cut down to make room for crops. Farmland in Torra is regulated by the government to ensure enough food is grown in their limited space to feed the kingdom.
