Pucker Tree

The Pucker Tree is one of the many mysteries that plague the world. It fruit that it pears is considered the most sour of any know fruit in the world, yet the tree itself gives off a sweet scent. Making it attract animals to eat its fruit, only to spit it out and enable to have its seeds to spread. How this from of adaptation is certainly up for debate. Most people just stay clear from these trees, but the ones who do eat the fruit often have their face puckers for three days straight and the sour taste stay in their mouth for two whole weeks. They can be found in every forest across Kineth and they reproduce fruit at an alarming rate as well. With them being able regrow fruit at least ten times in one season in order to spread their seeds. Though they are often used in baking and can make delicious pastries and side dishes.
