Utility

Alchemists began experimenting with formulas, metals and studies of magic to create something that could strip away their ability to use magic. These can be used in a number of ways from medicine to shackles that make a spellcaster as normal as any person in the world as long as it either on them or inside their body. To allow those with magic to handled more easily with causing harm to others. Allowing spellcaster criminals to locked up normally like any other person or used on a person that is unable to control their magic to live a normal life. It has also been used by criminal groups to force those with magic to work for them and keep them locked up as animals when ever they want.

Manufacturing

All the right plants, magic and minerals must be gathered to be able to work properly and be forged in anti magic equipment in laboratories and workshops and crafted delicately in order for them to properly work. It also has to be tested on live subjects to know if it properly works so their are no signs of defects.

Inventor(s)

There are two individuals that created their own form of nullifiers, Hedamon Gaz Feran, a master herbalists and Walden Losden, expert in arcane studies.

Access & Availability

The nullifiers are only given to law enforcement, military, magical institutions, medical practitioners and prisons. Making it only accessible to those with proper requirements to use them. All other backgrounds are restricted from it and it is considered illegal to have them unless give a special permit to do so.

Complexity

The nullifiers are a combination of science and magic knowledge that is combined together to halt the power of magic in an individual. This is often done through special formulas, metals and magic rituals that are resistant to effects of magic.

Discovery

As magic was being better understood by those born without magic and final began accepting users, they knew that there would be some magic spellcasters that would use their powers for wicked deeds or could be harmful to those around them and need a way to control them.
