Seek and Destroy: The Wraith

Your target, henceforth referred to as 'The Wraith', has been traced to the world known as Eteras.
The Wraith was involved in multiple infractions of interdimensional policy, including several cases of possession. The Wraith is responsible for events that lead to the creation of the Legion of the Mistward as a response to the severity of the problems caused by the entity.
Based on multiple sightings in the past, The Wraith is proficient with bladed weaponry infused with the ability to strike multiple times with a single swing and infuse its weapon in great flame. A secondary instrument The Wraith is known to use is a piece of armor or shield that calls upon ghastly allies to occupy assailants long enough for it to deliver a fatal blow.
Our intel on this world or the whereabouts on The Wraith is extremely sparse. You will have to acquire information on-site and blend in with the locals if necessary. Though not our targets, keep an eye out for anyone showing signs of Transcendence, as they may become targets in the future.
