Sarn Hollow

A small mountain and hilly region in the south of Nidavellir, home to gnomish cities and mines of the finest jewels, as well as the mechanical makers that build, supply and service machinery found across the Realm. A loud and boisterous place, the din of metal and tools, small explosions, laughter and music bounce from mountain to mountain, aboveground and below.
This is a unique region, as it is considered both part of Nidavellir, and a kingdom in its own right, with its own capitol and ruler. If push came to shove, Nidavellir's rules still hold sway, but the alliances between the capitols are mutually beneficial to all parties, and it never does come to shove.
