Sagecliff

A shelf of sea cliffs on the southwestern tip of Niflheim where you will find the Tower of Mith. Above and below the surface, caves dot the rock leading deep underground, water flowing into deep passages and deadly dead ends.
The cliffs are covered in a rare and powerful herb that can heal grievous bodily injury in most species. A paste of it on and in wounds will heal them completely with a little time, even as far as gluing severed limbs back on to complete function. Some of the inhabitants (mostly Deep Elves) of the Tower of Mith directly heal those in need, some craft the potions and remedies, and some gather the lichens from the cliffs.
For more than a milennia, the Water Dragon Nimhel has guarded the cliffs and those who dwell there. You don't need a dragon gaardian if there wasn't an problem that needed solving by way of dragon, but having a dragon guards against problems.
