City of Pelinel
One of the two true cities of Vanaheim, while Pelinel's sibling city, the capitol, Ernil, is a the light of the kingdom, Pelinel has a somewhat more shadowy reputation amongst the Vanir, as does its Governor. Nestled between the coast and the mountains, this is the one place in Vanaheim where the rot of Svartalfheim has also permeated.
