Capitol City of Celair
As far as the mortals of the Realm know, Celair is the grand capitol of the elves, bustling with beings of every shape and size, from every corner of the world. Amongst the elves, their land's capitol is Ernil in Vanaheim, devoted to more insular matters, but Celair is home to Day Elves, the most social of their kind and the most likely to mix with other species.
At the base of lush green mountains and curtained by lacy waterfalls and shaded by willows and flowering trees, it is one of the most beautiful places in the entire Realm.
