The Poisoner

A member of the Guild of Rogues, this fine gentlemen roams the slums of Felicity selling his poison and tonics. Not much is known of this wandering chemist, but rumors of his history abounds, all of them to do with some poisoning or another. He is a middle aged elf, so no matter the age of the rumor there is a chance that it was him. People have often sought his services from every branch of society, but he only works for the guild of rogues.
