Shirash

Shirash is a Yuan-ti from Glade, a state of the Sovereign People's of Neih. He was sent as an ambassador to Sinfetter, working with other SPN ambassadors in trying to annex that Shadar Kai city peacefully. When Lysan returned to the city, and there were signs of potential independence for this colony, the SPN made plans to invite the new kingdom to the Sovereign People's, offering them security during their severing from the Shadar Kai empire.
Shirash was not fully on board with this methodology, finding it too political and peaceful. Like many of the Yuan-ti, Newt sought more militaristic means to benefit the SPN. He thought with Lysan's arrival that the SPN should have annexed the city forcefully and placing Lysan as a puppet ruler, followed by destroying the gate to Neih Shadar. Shirash was not a fan of the Shadar Kai empire, seeing them as a drain on the Veritian Leaf, giving nothing in return.
