Lord Clearseeker is the elf lord of Vigil. He inherited the title from his father who founded Vigil as a western and southern watch of Tumult's borders, but became moderately prosperous with the farming in the region. Lord Clearseeker begrudgingly holds the title, but would rather spend his days in the luxury and culture of Felicity. His popularity waxed and waned with his involvement with the return of Lord Kourend Salmonpuddle, forcing him to take refuge back at Vigil. But, to the general population, he is a minor aristocrat with little sway over anything.

Wealth & Financial state
He has a sizable fortune accrued by the abundant wheat production in his region. He lost a hefty amount of it after the Dormant riots in reparations.
