Jacian

Jacian was the creation of Noah Summers.
Jacian is a yuan-ti from Glade. While he marched north with the Dormant during their advance, he was one of the turncoats who joined Tel'ul when they stole the skull of Sistern. After the battle, rather than returning to Glade, he joined the Gis Revenus Gojira crime syndicate and worked as an assassin for them. During the Dormant retreat, Jacian was sent to assassinate many of the Dormant officials before they fled past the Dormant miasmas. After the war, he joined the GRG's mission to revive Gojira, taking part in the adventure to the past.
In the Droplets of Turm, Jacian earned quite the renown as a connoisseur of exotic meats. He ate the locals. Not only that, he also stole a celestial marble from a local kua-toa tribe. He was seeking his own palate, which in a group of criminals went without hindrance. After his success over both the memory of his dragon mother, Sistern, and the defeat of a echo of Spring, Jacian acquired a taste for power. Armed with a tuthian marble, Jacian returned to the Veritian Leaf and sought some of his own mischief in the Sovereign People's of Neih. While the nation battled with Tumult, Jacian was a new thorn in the side of the SPN.
