Arch Librarian

The arch librarian embodies the head of the library. He belongs to the council of the elder librarians. Altough his vote counts double on all decicions of the council, he is more of a representative, for the sheer number of other elders can easily overrule him.

The arch librarian is elected by the council of the elder librarians from among themselves.

Length of Term

Election counts for a lifetime, unless the arch librarian resigns of free will. He can also be forced to resign but only at common consent of all the elder librarians
