Power Generation

Cardinal-class has an antimatter reactor which powers all ship's systems including the FTL engine.

Propulsion

Cardinal-class has the newest version of the FTL engine, Hyperdrive 3.0. For sub-light speeds, they have plasma engine and small fuel thrusters for delicate manoeuvres.

Weapons & Armament

Cardinal-class are armed with standard cruiser weaponry. Its main weapon is an arc emitter, a powerful energy weapon which can penetrate shields and armour. The only downside of the arc emitter is its very long charging time. To avoid making the ship useless during the charging periods Cardinal-class are equipped with plasma cannons. Also rach ship has a small squadron of Tal-Ok fighters as support.
