The Twelve Signs
The Twelve Signs is the teams of Enforcers (agents of the OMLE) in the First Division, responsible for investigating high crimes and catching the most dangerous/wanted criminals. The Twelve Signs are called such because each of their members have formed a contract with one of the Twelve Zodiac Spirits. The Republic sought out the contract-holders to form this team, and since its formation, the powers of the Twelve Zodiac Spirits have remained within the government.
Despite being called the "Twelve Signs", there are thirteen members because Gemini has two contractors who are twins.
