Those who Are
Universal entities are those who exist across time and space, they are beings, or things, that have transcended any single shard, or the void.
Immortals
The one is a universal Entity, and therefore each shard is also a universal entity, they exist by themselves, independently of time and space.
The same could be said of the void, which is in some ways the opposite of existence, and therefore doesn't rely on existence in order to exist.
All Universal Entities are immortal, they are gods who have either been born into this position, or moved up to it during their life.
Universal Gods
Universald gods are those that exist beyond shards. There are two types, those born of the One, and those born of the Void.
The former are called Divine Principles, and the latter are called Void Gods.
Made Gods
When a being is born as part of a shard, they are just regular people, energy that relies on their host shard for existence. They are able to hop from shard to shard, but still, they will eventually die, and they energy will return to their host, unless trapped.
However, If they were to become immortal, their energy would no longer be part of their host shard, their energy would become self-sufficient. This is only possible if their power is large enough to create a realm within the void, at least as large as themselves.
The more a host shard pours their energy into a being of their creation, the more powerful they become, until their become able to sustain themselves as divine entities.
if created, a host is still able to take this power back, and unmake the Immortal, unless they escape, or become more powerful than their host somehow.
If too powerful, such a created Universal Entity will be considered a split shard, which cannot be reintegrated.
