Zariya
Master of Mirth
One of the masters at the Bāgh-e-Raaz. Zariya is the master of wonder, joy, and delighted laughter. She is identifiable for her crest of feathers, a trait that shows her Taniyn heritage. Zariya is often overlooked at first by students at the Bāgh-e-Raaz who believe she is studying the most obvious elements of their philosophy. After being at the school for a time, those who will remain learn that while mirth and joy are some of the first things that come to mind when contemplating laughter, the fullest implications of this are neither obvious nor shallow.
