Zante

The largest town on the island of Dardanthos. It occupies a place on the map that was once labeled Idaia, but the inhabitants claim that the town was never named that. This is only a minor part of the mystery of Dardanthos, since most of the world believes that the island (which had been named Hylie) had sunk into the sea centuries ago, only to suddenly be replaced a few years ago by this strange replacement. The town of Zante is similar in many ways to the records of Idaia, but it is also different in numerous ways. Some of these can be explained by the additional centuries of history, but others are harder to account for, such as the five small islands in Zante harbor which appear to have always been there, but were not a part of any map of the Idaia.
