Jeonjin Sanghaeul
Jeonjin Sanghaeul is the leader of the Imugi, and one of the most implacable enemies of the Empire of Wamato. His sole mission in life is to drive the Empire, and all humans, from the Seom Islands and re-establish the Kingdom of Seomna. He commands a fleet of dozens of ships based in the Daemado Islands, a dangerous archipelago known to be in the grips of the Tokkaebi, some of whom he has been able to bargain with.
