Ahmir al-Mehri
The current Muhafiz of the Qutra Muhafazah. Like most of the high officials in the Malikate of Saba, he is a true magician and a member of the Burj Alhikma. He was hatched on the island of Qutra, and is a member of the Mehri Bamsam.
