Montenerry Skrout (a.k.a. Money Bags)
Money Bags Skrout, as he's often known, is the richest of the goblin Merchant Lords and the template for the bad stereotype of goblin businessman. Every trick to make a buck has been employed by Skrout, and where they didn't work, he invented new ones. He is the most unabashedly corrupt Lord known, seeming to take every accusation against him as a badge of honor. He gets away with it in the proper Merchant Lord fashion... money. His businesses, including the Frontier Express Rail line, make a point of hiring muscle to guard them who are intimidating, violent, and good at looking out for the ones who pay them over all else.
