History
Spike Isle is the smallest island in the Sapphire Isles, though by far the tallest as it is almost entirely comprised by a mountain raising out of the water. The Ascended Heroes once assisted the brother of Anna Blackfist and his companions defeat a Frost Giant that was terrorizing the people of the island.
