Loredasan Creators

History

Four friends, all magically adept traveled the land of Shard , trying to understand a way to save people from the corruption spreading across the land. Their names are lost to history, but their godly titles and some information are still recorded.   The Maker, the Dwarf was the groups leader who planned most of their actions   Alkesh, the elf was the Maker's wife who was their expert in magic   Orken, the dragon judging their cause just, joined them to fly them across the land and was the strongest of their group   The Forgotten Guardian, the halfling chose to stay behind on Shard to protect their powerful creation     They realized that the light of the sun harmed creatures of corruption. So they set to creating a device to harness that power, the device was known as The Lighthouse. Upon completing their creation and harnessing the power of the sun they realized just how much raw creation energy they held. They set about designing Loredas .   Before bringing their creation into the world, they locked away the lighthouse underground and split its key into four parts and gave them to four tribes in the four corners of the land. One to the Felis of the Northwest, one to the Avia of the Southwest, one to the Canid of the Northeast, and one to the humans of the Southeast. The Forgotten Guardian stayed in the lighthouse, with just enough power to bind himself as the Lighthouse's last line of defense.   The three new "gods" of Loredas offered as many of the people of Shard as they could life on this new safe haven. The Maker and Alkesh sired two children, first Mana then Ansei. In secret Alkesh and Orken sired Hevnorak and passed him off as the Maker's third child.   The Corrupted Invaders sent Deridah to the new plane, irreparably infecting the populace with corruption. The Maker made the only decision that he could, they used their power to wipe out the infected populace and split the corruption into 13 pieces. 12 in elemental shells sealed around Loredas (the Elder Demons), and its core in The Aether.   Ansei and Hevnorak, still god-children, did not understand why their elders were living with the stagnant, empty land of Loredas. Afraid to take further action without more careful planning, they did not want to bring more life to Loredas just to have it die. Those two youngest god-children stole the source of their elder's power and released it to bring life to Loredas.   The gods found out; and unable to contain the energy formed the Loredasan races all after their own races, and their lost friend that stayed at The Lighthouse. Orken, trying to sate The Maker's fury accidentally let it slip that Hevnorak was his own child. In disgrace, Hevnorak was cast out of The Aether, Mana secretly creating changelings by changing Hevnorak in his entirety to hide him from The Maker's wrath. The Gods were left with almost no power after it was released to create all Loredasan life.   The gods continued to weaken in power while trying to find a way to push back against the corruption and find replacements. They set out trials in a hidden temple on Mysdia to test and train new gods. The Ascended Heroes eventually met the challenge and were given the last of the gods power to cast corruption out of Loredas.   The final god, Hevnorak, had lost his memories and went on to live the simple life of a shepherd. Born of the two primordial races, elf and dragon, with the blood of creation in his veins his bloodline was already expected to be powerful. But by fate he met Agatha, a wizard of immense skill and the power of Deridah running through her. She had not realized that one of the gods that she hid herself on Loredas to find ended up being the man she fell in love with. The blood of dragon, elf, man, the power of Aether and Deridah all moved down bloodlines into the singular form of Samuel Eshpard.
