The Covenant of Sol
Structure
The government of the Covenant is a reflection of the zealous nature of the Phoenix Knight Order. To better allow for holy crusade against the forces of evil, power is centralized into the three beacons that act as casts for the higher ranks in the government. Each Beacon is led by one Arch Dragon.
This is the Legislative body of the government. This is where the real power lies, as the other two Beacons tend to be full of zealots.
Judge jury and executioner, this branch is the Judicial and focuses on exacting the will of the Beacon of Order.
This Beacon is completely under the control of the Phoenix Knight Order. It is the military, and has the most emergency powers.

Public Agenda
A warrior nation at heart, the Covenant are focused on the destruction of Shadow in its entirety.
Assets
While well supplied by the Willforged Empire and their own forges deep within Mount Shatter, the Covenant's greatest assets are in lumber and rare materials, not weapons. The convenient placement right next to the Hellscape allows adventurers to sell high quality goods that make for impressive profits.
History
Created by the Lord Judicator and his daughter Firestorm at the end of the third age, the Covenant is the youngest of the four nations and is still untested in this gentler era.
Demography and Population
The majority of the population is focused in the three major cities, Dawnbreak, Smaug and Hope's Dawn. It should be noted that there are actually more people in the south of the country as opposed to the north. Dawnbreak remains the capital only because of tradition.
Territories
The Ashfalls of Shatter and the Island of Westguard are the uncontested land of the Covenant.
Military
The Phoenix Knight Order is the official military force of the Covenant.
Foreign Relations
The Covenant is on mostly friendly terms with the other nations, but their heavily armed embassies cause concern in the Empire and have been completely shunned in the Queenship of the North.
Agriculture & Industry
Major industries in the Covenant include Logging, Farming, Adventuring, and Dragon Taming.
The Ashfalls were once part of the Hellscape, meaning that the appearance of dormant or hibernating monsters is fairly common. This abundance of powerful creatures makes adventuring extremely lucrative for buyer and seller alike. What's more, there are many undiscovered ruins of ancient temples built to the Dreamstrider that offer vast opportunities for the brave.
Trade & Transport
Dragons are a very popular method of transporting cargo of any kind across the world, but riverboats, ships, and good old fashioned carts are commonplace as well.
By our light, will the lost find hope.
