Archdruid Fenton Malorne

Archdruid Malorne was a very kind and caring man. When he arrived in Spiritvale, he had with him a small baby boy named Kolv Flitwood. The Archdruid never said who the childs parents were, only that the seedling was placed in his care and he would see to it that the boy grew into a fine man some day.
Malorne was very much attuned to the eb and flow of life, even more so in Spiritvale where life thrived throughout the surrounding forest. So when evil came for him, the Archdruid sensed it ahead of time. He visited the town wizard, Thadeous Brinwalt, and made him promise to watch over baby Kolv. Then the Archdruid entered the forest to confront the evil before it could threaten the town. The evil he sensed turned out to be Nix Marvolo, a powerful warlock from the Drylands. Archdruid Malorne did not survive the battle, however, his sacrifice did help to protect baby Kolv.
