Titans of Order

The Titans of Order, Melecha and Celios, sisters born of the titan Hyperion, cradled as twins always to be at each other’s side with locked hands. The sisters were associated with the blinding light of justice and good, although often they were regarded as blind executioners of this concept, rather than the insightful judges. They draw their power from one another, becoming a challenge to even the greatest hero when fighting side by side. Due to their subservient nature, Titans of Order have long served the Hippodean gods, being sent to punish renegade gods or defiant mortals. Their current assignment is to guard the imprisoned Zenera deep within one of the heavenly anchors, the one known as The Ancient Tower in Meydia.  

Traits

  • Soulbound: The sisters always know each other’s location, even when on separate plains. When within 30 ft. of each other, the sisters share any positive effects such as buffs and healing.
  • Joined movement: when in physical contact with each other, the sisters move together. Moving this way consumes movement for a titan as normal if it's her turn, otherwise only half the amount of movement is spent.
  • Empowering bond: When making physical contact, both sisters are empowered, raising their CR to 11, AC to 18, spell-casting DC to 17, and damage modifier from +5 to +7.
  • Healing bond: the sisters can cast touch-based healing spells on each other as a bonus action.
  • Protecting bond: when in physical contact, the sisters gain the sentinel and protector features. These features only trigger when the other sister is attacked, not for other allies.
  • Quick: the titan may use the dash action as a bonus action and has advantage on opportunity attacks. When dashing, opportunity attacks against the titan are made with disadvantage.
  • Magic resistance: The titan has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
  • Magic Weapons: The titan's weapons are considered magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance to non-magic damage.
 

Spellcasting

Titan of Order can cast spells using Charisma as its spellcasting ability (spell save DC 16, +7 to hit with spell attacks). It can cast the following spells:
  • At will: Sacred Flame (3d8), Word of Radiance (3d6), Light
  • 8/day: Healing Touch (3th level), Guiding Bolt
  • 2/day: Sunbeam, Fire Ball (as radiant damage)
  • 1/day: Greater Sanctuary
  • 1/day, conditional: Bright Star
 

Actions

  • Multiattack: The titan may make two Strikes on its turn. One strike may be replaced to cast Healing Touch, Guiding Bolt, or any cantrip.
  • Strike: Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d10 +5) slashing + 7 (2d6) radiant.
  • Cast Bright Star: When within 5ft. of its sister, the Titan casts Bright Star, spending both its turn and that of its sister.

The Titan of Order may make up to 2 legendary actions each round.
