Theodor Tempest

Theodor Tempest is the village elder of Orthus. As such he acts as the leader of the small farming village. Theodor is a bit of a timid old man who acts in a calm and collected manner. His leadership style is mainly focused on providing advice and wisdom. He is quite capable of this due to his experience in life and the many times he has approached to hermit Storyteller who lives near the city, from which he learned a lot throughout his years. Even now, Theodor occasionally makes the trip to the hermit's house to ask advice on matters that are beyond him. These requests are often accepted as the Storyteller seems to have a positive image of Theodor. The village elder also helped raise Samara Tempest 
Theodor is a small old man with kyphosis. Due to these back problems, he walks with a cane. This cane is actually passed on to each village elder from generation to generation. The cane is carved from a thick branch of wood and has a spiral-like top as if the wood has been rolled up. Theodor has a long white beard and thin, short hair that barely covers his scalp, yet somehow he still has thick eyebrows. His default expression comes across as warm and friendly. Theodor usually wears a wool mental as he seems to easily feel cold.
