It is located in a forest called faintwood in the mountains of Central Kovus near the city of Rhyn.
It was once a pround complex, to honor the fallen of the elven resistance, in case of their eventual defeat.
Today it lies in ruins, a shadow of its former grandiose.

Over time most of the site was demolished, either by fanatics trying to eradicate the elven history, or by people, who would use the materials for their own purposes.
